Prior to the release of jhund earlier this year, Amitabh was asked to give his opinion on word of mouth. In his response, the veteran actor said: “Word of mouth is always very good. Sometimes you rely on what the reviewers write about the film. And whether he [reviewers] appreciate it or not, don’t appreciate it.”
Elaborating further, the mafia boss actor added: “It has an impression, especially if you are a family of four or five, and you will have to see a movie and the amount you are going to spend to watch it. You take it into account in today’s time It’s expensive to go to a theater and watch.”
Talk about jhund, the sports drama came out in March this year. Directed by Nagraj Manjule, the film received positive response from audiences and critics alike. Professionally, the 80-year-old actor has an interesting line-up, which includes directing Sooraj Barjatya alongside uuncha.
