JB Perret, CEO and President of Warner Bros. Discovery Global Streaming & Games, said the companies’ common goal is to “delight customers with great content and continue to collaborate and innovate so we can best serve our customers.”

Now under the merged Warner Bros. Discovery, the company has a total of 94.9 million direct-to-consumer subscribers across HBO, HBO Max and Discovery+ by the third quarter of 2022.
