HBO Max’s ‘Generations’ finds new home on Tubi

HBO Max’s “Genra+ion,” a cult show that was praised for its honest and raw portrayal of a group of Southern California high school students, has found a new home on Tubi after Warner Bros. “Generations” was canceled by HBO Max in late 2021 after one season. In late August of 2022, it was one of the titles that was involuntarily pulled from the streaming service’s catalog in the wake of its goal of combining it with its parent company’s Discovery+.

HBO Max said in a statement at the time, “As we work toward bringing our content catalog together under one platform, we will be making changes to the content offerings available on both HBO Max and Discovery+.” “This will include the removal of some content from both platforms.”
