My mother, my grandmother, my aunts, all these black women in my life,” Noah continued.

“But then, even in America. I always tell people, if you really want to know about America, talk to black women. Because, unlike everyone else, black women f— around and find out.” can’t take risks. Black people understand how difficult it is when things go bad. Especially in America, but any place where Black people live, whether it’s Brazil, whether it’s South Africa, whether Wherever he is, things get worse, black people know it gets worse for them,” Noah said.

“Especially black women, they know what. Really. People are always shocked, like, ‘Why do black women do this in America, why do they vote [they do]’ Yes because they know what happens if things don’t go the way they should go. Noah explained that they couldn’t afford to stick around and find out.

“So, the black women who have taught me, all of them, scholars online, writers, everyone, Roxanne Gage, Tracy McMillan Cottams… fantastic, fantastic women,” she said. “Taking the time to inform me, to educate me, to debate me…laughed with me, talked about everything from sexual assault to what life is like. I’ll tell you now, do yourself a favor, if you really want to know what to do, or how to do it, or maybe the best way or the most equitable way, talk to black women. Those are the many reasons why I am here. I am very grateful to them, I am very grateful to each and every one of you. It’s been an honor, thank you,” Noah concluded.
