Congratulations to Mreenal Deshraj and Ashim Matthan who got married on 10th July. The actress had told E-Times TV that they got engaged on June 9 and were working on a date for the wedding. However, no one expected the couple to tie the knot so quickly. It looks like they had a court wedding on July 5. The couple plans to hold a reception for their close friends and relatives on July 10. She said she and Ashim are not traditional as people, and never planned to have an elaborate wedding with all the rituals and customs.
The couple registered their marriage with the blessing of their parents. It seems that they found it difficult to live without each other, so they decide to unite in a sacred marriage. She says she is lucky to find Ashim Matthan who spoils her a lot, but also keeps her grounded. She told ETimes TV: “He is a man of his word and it feels great to have a person like him as my partner for this life. To cut the long story short, we registered our marriage on July 5 with the court.” They will be holding a mehendi ceremony today just for relatives of the couple.
It seems the two met at a friend’s house and bonded right away. This happened in September 2021. It seems that she has had five failed relationships before and gave up the search for love. She said it caught her off guard when she least looked for it. Mreenal Deshraj said they want to focus on their career and do a good job. She said Ashim Matthan always encourages her to do better every day, and she loves that about him. Mreenal Deshraj would like to work on TV and OTT.
