Jeopardy! Final score revealed before the start of the game (VIDEO)

Wednesday night’s “Jeopardy!” Even before the start of the competition, its results were spoiled.

As host Mayim Bialik congratulates the finalists in the high school reunion tournament and announces how the competition will proceed after the match, the game show cuts to the contestants with their final financial tally.

Jackson Jones won $24,000, Justin Bolsen $13,570 and Maya Wright $3,370 at the end of the episode. The finalists of the high school reunion tournament still have one more game to determine the winner by tallying the two total points.

The High School Reunion Tournament began on Monday, February 20, featuring 27 “alumni” teenage contestants who have previously appeared on the game show. Three alumni champions compete for $100,000 and a spot in the Tournament of Champions.

Bialik and Ken Jennings have officially signed on to split hosting duties for season 39 of the game show in July 2022. The pairing was already doing so temporarily for season 38 as the Sony quiz show searched for a permanent replacement for the late Alex Trebek.
