Jeremy Renner: ‘Reinvention’ helped me recover

Jeremy Renner credits his new Disney+ documentary “Renovation” with focusing on his recovery from his devastating snowplow accident, he told the audience at its Los Angeles premiere Tuesday night.

Some recipients of the “Renovation” vehicle were also in attendance, including staff and children from Chicago’s The Base, which received a mobile music studio in the first episode of the series.

Jimmy Kimmel, who moderated the Q&A, said that a group show’s subjects coming together to create something extraordinary “is what you do individually.”
