In Satyaprem Ki Katha the environment, the era, the clothes and body language need a complete makeover. Kartik Aaryan is up for the challenge. “He will be setting aside much of his time later this year for intensive workshops. There will be a huge amount of preparation and speech modification. Kartik will be unrecognizable in the part,” said a source close to the project.

Judging by the intensity of preparation and director Sameer Vidwans’ past performance in his landmark Marathi film Anandi Gopalthis could be the film that could earn Kartik its first national award.
