The popularity of Kaun Banega Crorepati has only grown by leaps and bounds. The Amitabh Bachchan-hosted game show is back with Season 14 and some of the show’s new features seem to have been upgraded as well. Needless to say, just like any other season, this season will have its own share of celebrity guests. And one of the first guests is Aamir Khan who will be a part of it during the Independence Day special of Kaun Banega Crorepati 14. The actor will promote his upcoming movie Laal Singh Chaddha during the performance.
Kaun Banega Crorepati 14 Promo: Amitabh Bachchan Teasing Aamir Khan With His ‘Perfectionist Behavior’ Will Leave You In Crevices
A recent promo featuring Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan is getting a lot of love from social media as there is an interesting camaraderie between the Criminals of Hindustan co-stars. The said teaser of the upcoming episode shows Aamir Khan on the hot chair while being questioned by Amitabh Bachchan about a video. After the host shows the video, Aamir asks him to replay it and we can see the actor get off his hot seat and walk to the screen, staring intently at it to understand. At that point, Amitabh trolls him by saying, “Jab tak perfection nahi hoga tab tak inko tassali nahi milegi.” (Until there is no perfection, he will not be satisfied). Don’t know if he speaks this from experience of working with the horsepower star.
On the other hand, speaking of Laal Singh Chaddha, the film features Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan in lead roles. It also stars South star Naga Chaitanya in a pivotal role, marking his B-town debut. The film, directed by Advait Chandan, is an official remake of the American drama Forrest Gump. It is scheduled for release on August 11 and will clash with the Akshay Kumar, Bhumi Pednekar starrer Raksha Bandhan.
Kaun Banega Crorepati 14, hosted by Amitabh Bachchan, will air on Sony TV at 9pm. The new season starts on August 7.
