The rights to the film jumped from Intermedia to Resurgence Media Group and then went dormant for a while. Elizabeth Raposo, a figurehead of Jordan’s production company Outlier, has had a long professional relationship with McQuarrie since her employment with Paramount Pictures, the distributor of the iconic Mission Impossible mega action franchise.
