Mohammad Nazim reveals his fitness mantra; says, “Being a part of this industry, you have to maintain a gym body” : Bollywood News

Saath Nibhana Saathiya star Mohammad Nazim popularly known as Ahem is one of the strongest actors on television. The actor has a strict exercise regime that he adheres to and he has also been lifting weights for several years. Despite his hectic schedule, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is part of Nazim’s life and he is determined to do the same for years to come.

Mohammad Nazim reveals his fitness mantra; says, “As part of this industry, you need to keep a gym”

“I go to the gym for myself, not for anyone else. It’s been so long since I’ve exercised and had a good diet,” the actor said. “The entertainment industry also has people who are very fit and especially if you’re part of this industry, you have to keep a gym. Apart from that, the new slots from actors that have come in now are already fit. So to be a part of this competition, I will keep myself fit, go to the gym regularly and keep that dedication in me,” he added.

In addition to getting a toned body, going to the gym regularly helps you feel physically and mentally strong and gain a lot of confidence, Nazim believes. He shared: “Fitness is very important for every person. There are so many diseases today that you have to be strong and healthy to fight them. For this you need a good diet. When you exercise, you automatically feel that you are doing something good for yourself. So everyone has to keep exercising so that they can be physically and mentally strong. You also get a lot of confidence in yourself.”

Ask him if he has a fitness routine, and he said, “I don’t have a fitness routine. When I want to go to the gym, I go. I should just be in the mood to hit the gym. I usually go to the gym in the evening because it’s like I just go to sleep after dinner and don’t have to go anywhere.”

He also gave some fitness tips for his fans, saying: “I can’t tip because everyone who comes now is already fit and everyone knows everything. There are so many good trainers and gyms around us. There are also good dietitians, but it is just so that you have to keep working hard, go to the gym, keep yourself fit and be prepared because you can always be called for work.In conclusion I would say believe in yourself and don’t let others influence you ‘ concludes the actor.
