Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez and her link to alleged con man Sukesh Chandrashekhar are only getting further entangled as the case continues to make headlines. The latest update on that front was that the actress will appear in the court of Patiala House in Delhi on Monday morning in connection with the extortion case. According to various reports, Fernandez’s legal team will ask for bail before the arrest.

The stairs actress will appear before NIA special judge Shailendra Malick. The additional charge form in the case has been filed, so the moment Fernandez appears in court, her legal team will file a bail request for arrest. Last week, Jacqueline was questioned for more than seven hours by the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of the Delhi Police. She had been summoned for questioning for a second time about her alleged involvement in the crime.
On the other hand, Fernandez’s stylist, Leepakshi Ellawadi, was also questioned in Delhi EOW where she admitted that she spent Rs. 3 crores from Sukesh Chandrashekhar to buy gifts for actresses. According to a PTI report, Ellawadi confirmed the relationship between Jacqueline and Sukesh and revealed that Sukesh had contacted her in an effort to understand Jacqueline’s likes and dislikes. Her statement also stated that the scammer was trying to hit on the actress.
For the inexperienced, the house full actress has been accused of having a relationship with alleged scammer Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is involved in the Rs. 200 crore extortion case. However, the actress has claimed that she was unaware of his crimes when she interacted with him. The actress has been accused of receiving gifts worth Rs. 7 million dollars.
