Nishant Bhat’s performance on LGBTQIA community leaves Karan Johar moved; says, ‘Main khud inn galiyon se guzar…’

Reality show dance of celebrities Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 has many familiar faces as participants. From Rubina Dilaik, Nia Sharma, Niti Taylor to Faisal Shaikh, many celebrities have participated in the dance reality show. It is rated by Karan Johar, Madhuri Dixit and Nora Fatehu. Among the participants, Bigg Boss is OTT fame Nishant Bhat. He is a dancer by trade and in his recent act he dedicated his performance to the LGBTQIA+ community. This made Karan Johar emotional.

Karan Johar moved by Nishant Bhat .’s performance

The promo video featured Nishant Bhat dancing to the song Hamari Adhuri Kahani. It shows how he likes to dress up as a girl and people laugh at him. Both Madhuri Dixit and Karan Johar give emotional responses to the video. While Madhuri Dixit says society is taking a long time to accept the LGBTQIA+ community, Karan Johar said he has gone through the feeling of neglect himself. Karan Johar says: “Main numb ho gaya tha kyunki main khud inn galiyon se guzar chuka hun (I went through this stage in my life where I was questioned about my choices.”

In his book An Unsuitable Boy, Karan Johar has poured out his heart on his sexual orientation and more. Candidly, he said he doesn’t have to shout about his sexual orientation. An excerpt from his book reads: “Everyone knows what my sexual orientation is. I don’t have to shout it out. If I have to spell it, I won’t just because I live in a country where I could potentially have been jailed because I’ve said this. That’s why I won’t say to Karan Johar the three words everyone might know about me.”
