However, the actresses recently surprised on social media when they posted photos of a pregnancy test. Not only users but also their industry peers could not understand the reason behind their gestures.

Nithya Menen took to her Instagram handle to share a photo of a pregnancy test coming back positive, along with a pacifier on the left. She had written the caption: “So, the miracle begins ?????” This photo came as a shock to many, including fans. As fans continued to ask her about her marital status and her partner’s details by commenting on the post, her friend and fashion designer Eka Lakhani also added a shocker and a heart eyes emoji.
Nearly around the same time, Parvathy Thiruvothu uploaded a similar image to her official Instagram page that provoked an equally curious response. Her friends and co-stars like Malavika Mohanan and Swara Bhasker were among the first to comment. While Malavika said “Damn, I freaked out!” Swara Bhasker dropped in a congratulatory message, “OMG soooooooo many congratulations my love!!!!” After fans came across both posts, they learned that this isn’t real, but part of a movie’s promotion.
While we’re not sure about their upcoming project, we think it has something to do with pregnancy. As for their projects, Nithya is gearing up for the release of Breath: Into The Shadows 2 which will premiere on Amazon Prime. The series also stars Abhishek Bachchan, Saiyami Kher and Amit Sadh. Speaking of Parvathy Thiruvothu, the actress will be featured in Chiyaan Vikram, Malavika Mohanan starrer Thangalaan.
