Parineeti Chopra is appreciated for her portrayal as an agent in Code name: Tiranga. It is her first real action movie. Parineeti says: “I am extremely humbled and happy with the recognition I have received, not only for my achievements, but also for the action I have taken in Code name: Tiranga. I’ve always wanted to make an action movie and now that I’m appreciated in this avatar, it means the world to me!”

The actress has had an extraordinary year in 2021 with 3 back-to-back films and now she is breaking with Code Name Tiranga again. She says, “I gave my heart and soul to this movie to play a cop who gives everything to save the nation. This movie will be a very special movie for me because I’ve always believed in breaking through. the mold and in doing something new. Durga is such a character that gave me the chance to do it again where I could show my action avatar to the public.”
Parineeti added: “The recognition I am getting only confirms my belief that I am on the right track and that I will continue to fulfill different types of roles. The biggest prize for an actor is that audiences love your work and I’m glad I was able to live up to their expectations.”
Meanwhile, Parineeti Chopra will be the next star in uuncha. Marking 75 glorious years of Rajshri, uuncha will be the 60th film produced by the iconic production house. Directed by the powerhouse Sooraj R. Barjatya, his mega cast for his most ambitious project to date includes Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Sarika, Neena Gupta and Parineeti Chopra. Key appearances from Danny Denzongpa and Nafisa Ali Sodhi are also on the schedule. The film is in its final round of post-production and will hit screens worldwide on November 11, 2022.
