Not so long ago, Raju Srivastava’s family and loved ones breathed a sigh of relief when the comedian is said to be recovering. However, he recently started dealing with other health problems, on August 17. According to recent reports, the actor-comedian was diagnosed with a swelling in his brain and doctors are currently waiting for it to clear up to learn more about his current condition.
Raju Srivastava is again struggling with health problems; condition worsens after brain swelling
His PA Garvit Narang made a statement to IndiaToday. in which he revealed that the doctors found a swelling in the brain when they gave Raju Srivastava injections. Narang insisted the doctors are hopeful that Raju’s condition will improve and that his brain will start functioning again once the swelling subsides.
For the uninitiated, Raju Srivastava went into cardiac arrest during a training session on August 10. The actor-comedian was on the treadmill when he suddenly collapsed and was immediately taken to hospital by his trainer. He was admitted to the AIIMS and even received CPR twice to revive his heartbeat.
The actor-comedian has not regained consciousness since then. Although his friend Sunil Pal had taken to social media to assure his fans that Raju’s health is improving, reports of his deteriorating health condition quickly spread. However, a few days ago, Raju’s family assured his fans that the actor is making a good recovery.
