Scarlet Witch Kicks Big Butt In New Deleted Scene From Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness

The Scarlet Witch stans have a field day today. In a new deleted scene from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of MadnessScarlet Witch can be seen kicking a big wizard in the ass during the scene when she attacks Kamar-Taj.

The Multiverse of madness combat coordinator Liang Yang, who is best known for portraying FN-2199 in Star Wars: The Force Awakens and who also coordinated stunts and fights on movies such as Wonder Woman 1984 and the miracles, posted on Instagram an extensive behind-the-scenes look at a never-before-seen fight between Wanda Maximoff, aka Scarlet Witch, and Wong (featured in the clip is stunt double Lukaz Leong, one of the performers behind Wong’s fight scenes). Also fighting Scarlet Witch in the honorary title, probably R-rated fight is the Karmar-Taj interns.

Yang’s Instagram post is captioned: “An expansive sequence we made that was not included in the final adaptation of the battle between Scarlet Witch Kamar-Taj Warriors. Camera by: Liang Yang.” The post went on to thank all the effects people (Johnny Gao, Adam Brashaw, Darylan McMurry and Andrei Nazarenko) who worked on the clip and the stunt performers (Nazarenko, Fizz Hood, Andy Lister, James Cox, James O’Daly, Lukaz Leong , Dacio Caballero, Karanja Yorke and JP).

Scarlet Witch Stans Are Ready For The ‘Raimi Cut’

Directed by horror legend Sam Raimi Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of MadnessMarvel Cinematic Universe fans were introduced to an all-new, completely different side of the franchise, inspired by the Evil Dead Past. Although Ashley J. Williams did not appear in the Doctor Strange sequel, the film has delivered on Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige’s promise that Doctor Strange 2 “will make” Evil Dead II fans very happy”, with numerous tributes to the Raimi films.

Now, as if the fans want Sony Pictures Raimi to be the last film in its… Spider Man saga weren’t enough, Scarlet Witch fans (and fans of R-rated superhero action) are calling on Marvel to cut the “Raimi Cut” from Doctor Strange 2, also. On Twitter, fan accounts reposted Yang’s video of the deleted stunt sequence, and a fairly common response was, “Let go of the #RaimiCut.”
