Earlier this year, Sohail Khan and Seema Sajdeh announced their separation after 24 years of marriage. The couple, who are also parents to two sons, ran away in 1998 to tie the knot. In 2022, the two were seen together at the family court where they filed for official divorce. Seema Sajdeh, who was known as Seema Khan and even starred by that name in the first season of The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, dropped the last name “Khan” and is currently going by her maiden name Seema Sajdeh. The celebrity, who has kept quiet about her divorce from the actor-producer, eventually spoke out about it in recent reports claiming she has removed all negativity from her life.
Seema Sajdeh first talks about her divorce from Sohail Khan; says “I think I’ve reached a point where I don’t care anymore”
Speaking to Bollywood Bubble, Seema Sajdeh said: “The point is I would wallow and it’s a deep dark hole that you can quickly wriggle into. So I choose to be on the other side. For me, this is what keeps me going. So also for the children, for the family members, my brother or my sister. It’s not nice to see your sister wallowing or your daughter… Then you are constantly stressed about that person.” She added: “So it’s up to them to see that I see my life completely from the positive angle. I’ve let go of all the negativity that I had. I think I’ve reached a point where I don’t care anymore As long as these people know who I am, this is my family, my parents and my children and my brothers and sisters.”
Seema Sajdeh and Sohail Khan are parents of Nirvaan and Yohan Khan. Seema is a fashion designer by trade and she recently completed the second season of the much-talked-about The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. The show features her alongside other ‘Bollywood Wives’ including Bhavana Panday, wife of actor Chunky Panday, Maheep Kapoor, wife of actor Sanjay Kapoor, and former actress Neelam Kothari who is married to actor Samir Soni.
