Indian idol 13 is one of the most watched TV programs in the country. The song-based reality TV show is as popular as ever and is currently in its 13th season with Neha Kakkar, Vishal Dadlanic and Himesh Reshammiya as the judges. Aditya Narayan returns as the host of Indian Idol 13. In the show’s final episode, we saw Sharmila Tagore the guest celeb on the show. The veteran actress is one of the most beloved Bollywood celebs of all time. The actress asked Aditya to learn Bengali in the show. Watch the whole video below:
Indian Idol 13: Sharmila Tagore School Aditya?
Well not really. Coincidentally, a contestant Sonakshi Kar asked Sharmila Tagore if she could call her Kakima (aunt). The young Indian Idol 13 contestant spoke in Bengali to the veteran actress who also responded in her native language. Sharmila Tagore asked her to call her whatever she wanted from Kakima, mashima, didi, didima, etc. Sonakshi was overjoyed after Sharmila Tagore’s warm acceptance.
Aditya Narayan, who is the idiot he is, adds that he didn’t understand what they were talking about, in broken Bengali. “Amake bujhte pari na,” he said and immediately Sharmila corrected him that it is “Aami”, and keep asking if she can speak in Hindi because she is from Bengal, why can’t they learn Bengali.” Neha Kakkar, Sonakshi are agree with Sharmila.

Meanwhile, Sharmila Tagore had a gala time on the show and she also recreated some moments from her movies and songs on stage, much to the delight of their fans. On the other hand, Indian Idol 13 has been in the news for its controversies. It started when Rito Riba was not selected as the entry list on Indian Idol 13. Later, when Neha Kakkar put O Sajna online, it got anti-aircraft fire. Even Falguni Pathak had lashed out. Later, the Garba Queen was featured in the show taped for the controversy.
