Spirit Awards 2023 TV Nominations: Complete List

Film Independent announced the television nominations for the 2023 Film Independent Spirit Awards on Tuesday morning, with four shows in particular leading the charge. ABC’s beloved comedy “Abbott Elementary,” FX’s critical favorite “The Bear,” the HBO Max limited series “Station Eleven” and the acclaimed Apple TV+ drama “Severance” earned the most nominations of any program with three each.

The Apple TV+ series “Pachinko” won the award for Best Ensemble.

New this year, as with the film nominees, is a shift to gender-neutral acting awards with the Best Actor and Best Actress categories replaced by a 10-nominee award for Best Lead Performance in a new scripted series. In addition to this change, an award for Outstanding Supporting Performance in a New Scripted Series has been added to honor performances outside of the lead roles.

The 38th Film Independent Spirit Awards will take place on March 4, 2023 in Santa Monica. Check here the film nominees.
