Malav Rajda, the director of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has criticized reports that Disha Vakani suffered from throat problems because of her role. He grabbed his social media handle and shared a screenshot of a headline and a snippet of an article about the same thing. Malav criticized the Jethalal-style report, calling it “RUNS.” Malav added that he is sometimes surprised at how irresponsibly the reporting is done without verification or cross-checking. He told her fans that the report is all FALSE.

In other news, it is said that Dayaben could return once the Navratri celebrations have started at Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Jethalal wants to pray to Goddess to bring Daya back from Ahmedabad. Disha Vakani welcomed a baby boy earlier this year.
