Shooting started on The Charismatic Killers and some first images have been revealed. As previously reported, the film’s cast consists of retired professional wrestler Jessica McKay makes her feature film debut. McKay, who left WWE in 2021, is known for performing as Billie Kay, half of The IIconics tag team alongside Peyton Royce (Cassie Lee). The two announced their retirement from pro wrestling earlier this year.
The first pictures of The Charismatic Killers shows McKay in the film, along with some other cast members. Written and directed by Michael Matteo Rossi, the film stars Vernon Wells, Vanessa Angel, Marnette Patterson, Paul Logan, Daniel O’Reily, Jason Scott Jenkins, Jackie Moore, Jordan James Smith, Antje Utgaard, and Mike Dargatis. Pro wrestlers Tenille “Emma” Dashwood and Brian Pillman Jr. Both also make their feature film debuts in The Charismatic Killers with McKay.
“This was the best first week of all the movies I’ve made in my 15-year career. I think we have something special with this film,” Rossi told MovieWeb about the film.
In The Charismatic Killers, McKay plays a swinger woman who, along with her husband (Mike Dargatis), is unaware that she has come into contact with one of the seven serial killers. The first photos show the married couple meeting a killer who comes out as a “model” as his day job, so there’s a lot of tension. How this will pan out for the couple remains to be seen, but McKay is clearly oblivious to what’s coming in the new photos.

Jessica McKay makes her feature film debut
The man McKay’s character meets in the photos above is just one threat to worry about in the film, as there are no fewer than six other serial killers on the property. The log line for The Charismatic Killers is reading:
When the old mentor of 7 killers discovers he has terminal cancer, he gives them all a chance at his fortune to prove himself for one night to get revenge.
Meanwhile, Jessica McKay also has other projects in the works following her transition from the ring to film work. She is also attached to an upcoming horror movie called Gala night from director Bryan Wolfinger and a superhero movie Independent thinking person by Myles Clohessy.
The Charismatic Killers does not have a premiere date yet.
