The Flash 2 scenario has already been written

If everything goes well when? The flash is released, it won’t be long before the ball is rolling for a sequel. Last year, The flash star Ezra Miller has made headlines for problematic reasons, casting doubt on his future as Barry Allen’s character. While some DC fans have speculated that The flash could meet a fate similar to: batgirl as a result, breaking news is that the film is moving forward with Warner Bros. Discovery execs are taking a wait-and-see attitude on release. In fact, if it’s strong enough, it’ll even get a sequel.


This information comes from a new report at: THR covering some of the plans for what is in the world of the DCEU. According to the report, The Flash 2 is already written and ready. This scenario comes from David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrickwho co-wrote Aquarius and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. It is said that the finished script does not necessarily mean that the sequel will definitely come and it depends on the performance of the first film.

For their part, Miller has since publicly apologized for their recent legal troubles and is now in therapy to remedy the situation. The actor’s representatives released a statement addressing the controversies, which you can read below.

“Having recently gone through a period of intense crisis, I now understand that I suffer from complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment. I would like to apologize to everyone I have alarmed and upset by my behavior in the past. I am determined to do the necessary work to return to a healthy, safe and productive phase in my life.”

The Flash hits theaters next year, will fans embrace the film?

The flash was written by Christina Hodson based on a story by John Francis Daley, Jonathan Goldstein and Joby Harold. The direction is in the hands of Andy Muschietti. In addition to Ezra Miller, the film also features no less than two Batman actors with both Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck as their respective versions of the Dark Knight. Also featured in the film are Ron Livingston, Kiersey Clemons, Sasha Calle and Maribel Verdu.

The flash will premiere in theaters on June 23, 2023. Perhaps the directors of Warner Bros. Discovery that enough time has passed by the time the film comes out to avoid incessant reactions about Miller’s involvement. Some of that will also depend on Miller staying out of trouble for the foreseeable future, as further bad press could once again cast a dark cloud over the film. However, for what it’s worth, the studio seems intent on releasing the film rather than making it the batgirl therapy.
