ABC’s “The Good Doctor” returned Monday night with a fairly steady showing in the major advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic as well as overall viewership. The Season 6 premiere episode drew 0.4 in the demo and a total of 3.4 million viewers – roughly equal to its Season 5 average.
Previously, ABC’s “Bachelor in Paradise” made its Monday fall premiere after debuting last Tuesday (episodes will air every Monday and Tuesday from here). However, Monday night’s 0.6 demo rating and 2.2 million viewers were significantly lower than last week, when it premiered with 0.7 and 2.6 million total viewers.
NBC took the ratings crown on Monday with “The Voice” and “Quantum Leap” averaging 0.6 in the lead demos. In terms of total viewers, CBS claimed the win with an average of 5.7 million people.

On NBC, “The Voice” closed things out at 8 p.m. with a 0.7 demo rating and 6.6 million total viewers, at 10 p.m., “Quantum Leap” managed a 0.4 demo rating and 2.6 million total viewers.
For Fox, “9-1-1” aired at 8 p.m. to a 0.6 demo rating and 5 million total viewers, at 9 p.m., “The Cleaning Lady” swept in a 0.4 demo rating and 2.3 million total viewers.
CBS was fourth in ratings with a 0.4 in demos, and ABC ranked fourth in total viewers with an average of 2.6 million.
On CBS, “The Neighborhood” received a 0.5 demo rating and 5.5 million total viewers at 8 p.m. “Bob Hart’s Abishola” received a 0.4 demo rating and 5.1 million total viewers at 8:30. At 9, “NCIS” collected a 0.4 demo rating and 6.9 million total viewers, and “NCIS: Hawaii” finished the night at 10 with a 0.3 demo rating and 4.9 million total viewers.
