Tom Holland and Amanda Seyfried spar in new trailer

In “The Crowded Room”, a lone hiker named Danny Sullivan (Tom Holland) is arrested for his involvement in a shooting in 1979 New York City. Through interviews with interrogator Rhea Goodwin (Amanda Seyfried), viewers learn the story of Sullivan’s life. Her mysterious past comes to the fore, and a series of twists and turns lead her to a life-changing revelation. The psychological thriller is set in Manhattan as Goodwin is tasked with solving the mystery behind Sullivan’s behavior.

What follows is a tense mind game and a gritty look at America in the late 1970s. You can see how some of that plays out in the series’ chilling trailer, which you can watch at the top of the page now.
