Trevor Noah mocked Steve Bannon during Thursday’s episode of “The Daily Show” while discussing allegations that Donald Trump’s former chief strategist took money from Trump supporters who thought they were near the US southern border. Were paying to build a wall together.

This isn’t the first time Bannon has faced charges for the “Build the Wall” plan. He was pardoned federally last year, and is now being charged at the state level in New York. It is one of dozens of criminal investigations against Trump and his former aides.
“May I just ask, how long will the MAGA crowd keep falling for this sh?” Noah asked. “Trump’s people have been driving him away for seven years in a row and still they are like ‘Don Jr.,’ saying he needs $2 million to reclaim his throne as Prince of Nigeria. Come on. Give him money.’”
The late-night host also praised New York prosecutors who decided to continue with the investigation, joking that they would never suspect Bannon.
“And by the way, kudos to prosecutors who thought of investigating Steve Bannon for theft of millions of dollars,” he said. “Because I won’t lie, I never doubt this guy. This guy doesn’t look like he has $15. Millions of dollars? Looks like he sublet Oscar the Grouch. I suspect him to have money.” does not happen.”
