The protagonists of Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan Vikram Vedha dropped about 25% on the second Friday, as early estimates put the film in the range of €2.35 to 2.55 crores. This makes the total collection of Vikram Vedha is in the range of Rs. $61 million.

The film doesn’t do well in the mass tapes, while the multiplexes still stand. If this film develops as an urban multiplex film, there will be a big leap forward on Saturday. With a Rs. 2.40 crore at 2nd Friday, Vikram Vedha should target a weekend of Rs. 10 crores, bringing the total of 10 days to Rs. 70 million dollars.

The film is clearly an underperformer and the remake factor played a major role in narrowing its chances at the box office in India. In the longer term, Vikram Vedha will finish around Rs. 85 crores, which is a result well below expectations. A Rs. 100 crore finish would have meant a respectable ending to the film, but everything below is a disappointment.

Vikram Vedha was Hrithik Roshan’s first release since War (2019) and now fans are waiting for an update on his next.
