In the final moments of last week’s Season 6 episode, 118 swung into action after an explosion at Karen’s (Tracy Thomas) workplace. In an exclusive clip from tonight’s episode, titled “Tomorrow”, Bobby (Peter Krause) instructs the crew to search for survivors and minimize the massive damage to the science lab.
In the brief clip, which you can watch above, the team identifies a toxic gas in the air, as well as pressurized oxygen and organic peroxide. Buck (Oliver Stark) also notices the lab’s broken sprinkler system, which has allowed the Spot Fire to spread.
In K6 of the Fox procedural in the ep, Hein (Aisha Hinds) fears for Karen’s life as she learns of the explosion, where her son Denny (Declan Pratt) also spent the day for schoolwork. The episode also tells about the couple’s origin story and the progress of their relationship, as the two fight to be together in the present day.
“9-1-1” Season 6 also stars Angela Bassett as Athena Grant-Nash, Ryan Guzman as Eddie Diaz, Corinne Masia as May Grant, and Gavin McHugh as Christopher Diaz. The series was created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Tim Minear.
