What’s leaving HBO Max in November 2022

As spooky season draws to a close, HBO Max is dropping horror favorites like the “Friday the 13th,” “Poltergeist” and “A Nightmare on Elm Street” franchises in preparation for the holidays this November.

Emerald Fennell’s Oscar-winning hit, “Promising Young Woman,” starring Carey Mulligan, will be exiting the streaming service at the end of the month, along with the Kristen Wiig-led comedy “Girl Most Likely.”

Movie fans should take advantage of watching classics like “Anna Karenina,” “Fatal Attraction,” “She’s Just Not That,” “The Truman Show,” “Godzilla” and the Judy Garland and James Mason versions of “A Star.” Is Born” before he left.

Other notable titles leaving HBO Max this month include “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey,” “Godzilla vs. Kong,” and “Dunkirk.”
