Zach Shallcross named ‘The Bachelor’ for season 27

ABC has named its latest star in the franchise “The Bachelor”. Zack Shawlcross, who hasn’t found love with Gabby Windy or Rachel Rachia, will take on the role for season 27.

Shawlcross was primarily dating Rekia, although the two had not worked out earlier in the season.

The new “Bachelor” is a 26-year-old tech executive from Anaheim Hills, Calif. He divides his time between Texas and Orange County.

Per ABC: “A family man at heart, Shawlcross splits time between Texas and Orange County. His parents, who have been married for more than 30 years, have shown him what true love looks like. He’s the one Tries to find love that conforms to the standard set for him, and he plans to take them into account in his search for a life partner. Home is where the heart is; and the Bachelor isn’t too far away with the mansion Well, Shawlcross looks forward to starting her journey back home in Southern California.”

“The Bachelor” is a production of Next Entertainment and Warner Bros. Unscripted Television in association with Warner Horizon. The show is executive produced by Mike Fleiss, Martin Hilton, Nicole Woods, Bennett Graebner, Louis Carrick, Peter Geist, Peter Geist, Tim Warner, Jodi Baskerville and Jeff Thomas.

The new season of “The Bachelor” premieres Monday, January 23 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
