Sony Entertainment Television’s singing reality show Superstar Singer 2 has entertained audiences with performances as ‘Best Bache’ contestants put their best foot forward to impress the judges. The upcoming episode is all set to present another musical extravaganza full of heartwarming moments as it will be a celebration of the brother-sister band in the ‘Raksha Bandhan’ special this Saturday. The celebration will be attended by director Aanand L Rai and star Akshay Kumar who will promote their upcoming film Raksha Bandhan along with their on-screen co-stars and sisters, Sadia Khateeb, Sahejmeen Kaur, Deepika Khanna and Smrithi Srikanth.

Amidst all the performances and fun moments, Aanand L Rai gave a special surprise to Akshay Kumar on Raksha Bandhan, which made him emotional.
Talking about his experience with Akshay Kumar over the years and why? Raksha Bandhan is really special to them, Aanand L Rai said: “When we work together, we never make each other feel like he’s my actor and I’m his director. We both laugh and enjoy being together while filming. has noticed that Akshay is a very sensitive person and he will never show it to anyone. If you have an emotional conversation with him, he will immediately change the subject. So it is difficult for his loved ones to talk to him, his way of expressing love is different. And this is always the case with him, but I kind of find my way with him. So today I’m going to try it for him, where someone close to him is “Emotions for Akshay. And this person is really close to him and both were never able to express their true feelings to each other. This is a Raksha Bandhan gift to him from his beloved sister. “
