Recently Varun Dhawan and the rest of the team launched the trailer of the comedy with creatures Bhediya featuring the actor in a never-before-seen werewolf avatar. Known for his impeccable comedic timing, the young actor has courted fans with his comedic timing. The actor recently attended the launch of the Amar Kaushik director’s trailer and during the same, the actor showed one of his very interesting talents. Bhediya Trailer Launch: Varun Dhawan Does A Perfect Impersonation Of Akshay Kumar; says the Housefull actor has changed the comedy world in Indian cinema
At the launch of the trailer, Varun Dhawan had some interesting anecdotes about the film to share. “Abhishek (Banerjee) and I would pretend we were Akshay Kumar for an entire scene,” Varun said. Amid his conversation about how they would often impersonate various actors, including the megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Kriti Sanon chimed in: “Basically, they would do comedy off screen so they wouldn’t have to do it on screen.” Continuing to talk like a true fanboy, Varun added: “In the case of comedy, it is synonymous with Akshay Kumar. Of course, when you think of comedy, Akshay Kumar has influenced an entire generation,” he added.
The actor also spoke about his other team members from the film, including Paalin Kabak. The actor revealed a secret about this digital celebrity and how he is a great singer. The latter also hummed a few lines of a song and later also imitated Kumar Sanu’s voice as the audience cheered her on for his amazing talent.
Comes to Bhediya, the film is expected to be part of the horror comedy universe created by Dinesh Vijan. The film, directed by Amar Kaushik, shows Varun Dhawan as a man who turns into a werewolf at full moons. With Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal in a supporting role, Kriti Sanon plays the lead role. It is the third film in this horror comedy universe after the Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree and the Janhvi Kapoor actor roohi. The release is scheduled for November 25.
