Chadwick Boseman’s Final Post On X/Twitter Was In Support Of Kamala Harris

A social media post from Chadwick Boseman has resurfaced as Kamala Harris ramps up her efforts to earn the nomination for the Democrat party after Joe Biden stepped down from the 2024 presidential race.

Harris has the support of Biden for the nomination to face off against Donald Trump in the November presidential election. The current VP also had the backing of the late Black Panther star for the position she currently holds.

In 2020, weeks before his death, Boseman shared his support for Harris as she became Biden’s running mate for the election later that year, when they would be victorious against Trump.

“YES @KamalaHarris! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾,” Boseman posted on Twitter, as X was known back in 2020 before Elon Musk took over.

Boseman shared a photo of himself and Harris laughing and hugging. The duo attended the Freedom for Immigrants event in 2018. Boseman also used the hashtags #WhenWeAllVote and #Vote2020.

Chadwick died of colon cancer later that month, in August 2020.

Harris has become the most high-profile name to vie for the Democratic presidential nomination, and Biden fully supports her, as she currently holds the government’s vice president position.

Another viral post on social media was from writer Al Jean of The Simpsons. In Season 11 of the Fox animated series, Lisa Simpson becomes the first woman president and says, “We inherited quite the budget crunch from President Trump.”

In the episode, Lisa wears a purple suit, pearl earrings, and a necklace, similar to Harris’s outfit when she was inaugurated as vice president.
