Akshay Kumar starrer Ram Setuc is not showing a good trend at the checkout as the collections are decreasing by the day. On Friday, the film dropped 25 percent, which isn’t exactly a healthy trend for a movie with this budget and star cast. According to early estimates Ram Setuc has collected in the range of Rs. 6.50 to 7.00 crore on the fourth day, bringing the total collection to about Rs. 42 million dollars.

These are low numbers for Ram Setuc given the Diwali weekend and the main reason for the bottom line result so far is the fact that the movie doesn’t get any support from the metro public. What the film has earned so far is based on the Diwali holiday and the mass audience. While the holiday factor is falling, the numbers are also seeing a steep decline.

Double digits on Saturday or Sunday are now unlikely, as the movie won’t see big gains this weekend given the trend so far. At best, the first weekend (6 days) will be around Rs. 58 crores, and from there on Monday, the hold will decide long-term fate.

Friday’s drop has put an end to the film’s chances of making it to a century at the box office, yet it’s not all over yet. Word of mouth is mixed to negative leading to a drop in numbers.
