Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham make Fox News’ witness list for its defamation lawsuit against Dominion Voting Systems.
On Tuesday, a legal filing presented by the network revealed the bulk of the people who have been subpoenaed as potential witnesses in a $1.6 billion lawsuit against the network. They included a number of other Fox News personalities, including Bret Baier, Maria Bartiromo, Jeanine Pirro and Lou Dobbs.
Fox News CEO Suzanne Scott and Fox News President Jay Wallace also made the list. The company also named its now-dismissed employee Abby Grossberg, who was fired after the senior producer claimed in court documents that she was coerced into giving misleading testimony in the Dominion case.
Apart from this, Rupert Murdoch and his son Lachlan are also named in the list. The witness list is part of an ongoing battle that comes after Dominion sued Fox in 2021, alleging its host and the network alleged that Dominion’s machines rigged the 2020 presidential election.
